Welcome to the Official Ghost in the Shell Fanclub

Plot Outline : In the year 2029, the barriers of our world have been broken down by the net and by cybernetics, but this brings new vulnerability to humans in the form of brain-hacking. When a highly-wanted hacker known as 'The Puppetmaster' begins involving them in politics, Section 9, a group of cybernetically enhanced cops, are called in to investigate and stop the Puppetmaster. The pursuit will call into question what makes a human and what is the Puppetmaster in a world where the distinction between human and machine is increasingly blurry (from ANN.com)

GITS S.A.C. was the first anime series I've watched in my life [with full knowledge, that it's anime, I'm not counting childhood "cartoons" =p]. So it's sentimental xD

The 1rst anime i ever watched (that i was aware that it was "anime") was the original movie GITS ^^

lol, looks, like you were destined to watching anime and nothing could discourage you ;) I know people, who were trying to watch GITS as their first anime and never again decided to face anything labeled "anime". I guess it was the opening sequence that defeated them ;)

oh...i was biting my nails when i watched the trailer and I am biting my toe-nails when someone brings more news about the 2.0 ...
I wish they made a third season...
like what happens after Solid State Society...

haha, Batou, don't worry, they will make... Maybe not the 3rd season, but another film[s]. GITS, just like NGE, is a goldmine, no one will blow it up in the air.

And I wish I could finally watch 2.0, so I can grumble about it =p
