well if they dont change the plot of film and just remaster it in with better cgi and newer music then i think it would be okey... but if plot has been changed...

I hope they don't touch the storyline. They didn't touch NGE's story too with the new movies. Can't wait for 2.0 either.^^

Well from what ive seen,the story and plot (even the scenes and shots) will be the same,just enhanced GFX ... oh,its gonna kick so much ass ^^ Banzai!Oh yeah,a 3rd season,would be killer.Im sure thay can come up with some good plot and a good storyline ^^ something lik 3~5 years after SAC.A new revolutionary group appears which are for purity (no cybernetics) ... :P @monk : welcome to the club ... what did u bring us ? :)as a welcomeing gift ^^

@aca: Even if they wouldn't come with good plot/storyline, fans would watch it anyway. So in the end, what they need, is an average script with GITS label on it. And lots of CG. GITS Live-Action... well, but they have to find someone dead gorgeous for Motoko role, and I would weep if they wouldnt make Batou(me) as cool as in the anime... the big qestion is how much of CGI there would be and which city to choose as base, becouse if they make it as if all happened in america and change their names to some american, then I would surely become outraged and storm their building demanding justice...
