well she needs the thousand master or Negi's blood in order to lift her curse but she does have some intention to feed on others blood once her curse has been lifted.

I remember I read it somewhere before she doesn't necessarily need their blood, just enough power to break the seal BY FORCE, since it was cast on her BY FORCE
