so who's your fav. NGE character? mine is rei ayanami (obviously)...

though a bit strange, i think she has a strong personality, if only she knows true human emotion early on, i think there's more that she could have done, she do things she thinks right without hesitations, a doll like asuka says but a person that cares deep inside, i also like the simple and quiet type, lots of hidden mystery, i find her sexier than asuka, then i guess misato...

I usually pick male characters as my favs in anime, but, well, NGE has the greatest collection of guys who deserve solid kick or are cold sociopats, so this time I'll go with a female ;)

Misato Katsuragi, right from the beginning till the very end, in all versions of end.

Through series she seemed like she was the only one that really cared for those kids destineted to save the world. Maybe because she was also a lost kid inside, although she was trying hard to be a grown up, at least in her work. I like her imperfections and noisiness.

Oh, and yes! I love her fridge! xD

yup you're right misato is the only one who really cares for the kids, she might not be the adult model character but i also think she loves shinji, not like a son or a lover but like a little brother, oh boy a guardian like her...anytime at all...
since you mentioned the fridge, i like both, the beers, man that's cool and penpen, i wish i can find a penpen stuff toy, hey i'm a guy but it's cute really, a nice present for your girlfriend...

guys any news about the 2nd rebuild? oh one more, what do you thing about the climax of this series, asuka and shinji were the only two left, do you think they'll put a little more extra scene on it? it's scary you know, alone, just the two of you, i mean knowing there's no one else but you two, how would you feel? i hope they do, at least make asuka and shinji talk, is asuka really OK, they have no choice but to love each other otherwise it's human extinction...

No, they might not have other choice but to have sex with each other, but to love? Did Adam love Eve? Or did he simply hasn't the choice? =P I think it's gonna be difficult, specialy for those two, who don't know how to love or even how to get close to other person.

I'm wondering which ending they gonna show in the Rebuild - series one or EoE one? Or maybe they will think of something else? Personally I'd like to see option no. 3, the whole new ending.

As for the 2nd Rebuild. Most of the sites claims that it should be aired this year. Unfortunately, noone gives more detailed informations, which means we have to wait *sighs*

hahahahaha, yeah that's what i've been thinking i guess, how can they possibly have sex if they hate each other, oh man if i were on shinji's place i'd wish it was rei rather than asuka, or he might just have to force it, that would be rape, evil....then again he won't get to prison for it, what am i thinking, well shinji is still a boy and asuka is a girl, they will long for someone's love and affection eventually, no choice but each other....

i've seen that video, didn't notice it until now, kinda relaxing, i'd like to see a new ending since it's a new series basically.
