i dislike the anime, but the manga is worth reading and the games are good.

Well my pokelife started with a pokemon mug tho, xD
yes I had pokemon merchandise even before I had seen the anime or the games , lol

after 2 years I got that weird mug with ash and Yellow Pickachu , in 1999 is saw an add on CN about a new cartoon named " Gotta catch em all, pokemon ", which had same tittle as my mug and had same 2 weirdos , xD

I watched the cartoon , then after few years after I got unlimited Internet via limewire when I was searching for a poke movie , I saw the pokemon FR , LG games with GBA emulator , I DLed it ( in Jap ) tried and loved it, then I went deep and got eng versions of it along with R, Y ,B ,Ruby , Sapphire and Emarald, xD

Hence born a great poke trainer named Ueki , lol
