Somtime when its late, I lie down on the couch and kinda watch tv while im lisening to my MP3. So it"s watever im lisening to then.lol

Usually though its instrumental.:D

I can't fall asleep while listening to music for some reason. I tried it once but i put my i pod in shuffle and i woke up because of master of puppets. I've never tried it again but if i had to say it would be something slow somewhat like my immortal

I haven't used music to put me to sleep in years, but it used to be R&B or slow rock. A lotta Creed back in the day.
