Black VS. White people

I always wanted to know this question. Why is it OK for a black person to call another black person the "N" word and when it comes to a white person calling a black person the "N" word why is it referred to as a racist comment?

i call my black friends my n"as but im sure if a white guy called a black guy a n"er it would be racist

the n word has racist connotations regardless of who says it, however when a black person says a word racist against black ppl, the whole racist part is dropped because that person would be being racist against themselves aswell as the person they were reffering to. ive proved this fact mathematically.

given: N"=Black x Word

N" said by a black person = (Black x Word)/Black = Word

as you can see the Black cancels out when N" is said by a black person
however nothing cancels out when a white person says N"

As history tells, the N word was to insult black ppl.
But lately many black people say it to themselves.. as some kind of compliment?
I don't like ppl who use the N word but its kinda funny if I say to my asian or white friends, Whats up my Black nigga bro?
