Cycling, anyone?

Hey anybody out there a cyclist? (As in bikes, not motorcycles...)

I personally love cycling. I've ridden a century (100 mile bike ride) or two, and am planning to ride STP (Seattle, Washington state in the US to Portland, Oregon state in the US) in one day. 200 miles in one day, gonna be fun!

Anybody else a long- distance rider? Any sprinters or track racers out there? Any mountain bikers or jumpers?

Oh, and if I'm lucky enough to find anyone, tell me if you use regular bike pedals (the hunk of metal thing you just rest your tennis shoes on and hope they don't fly off) or if you use clips (your foot is physically attached to the pedal).
I just switched to clips two days ago, and it is so scary!!!!!! I'm much faster up hills though, which is very nice. :)

I bike to school every day. Im a fan of the Xtreme, cuz it gives you such a rush. And since i do 40K every day, you could say I've done my fair share of biking

Thats awesome hockymaniac, 25 miles a day is not too shabby at all. (I had to convert from km to miles, :P. I hate American measuring systems.....lolz)
