I know its letting them off easy by killing them, but they better be glad that I dont have it my way cause they would be test subjects for experimental medicines and whatnot, yeah, that way we could do human testing without the moral implications

For people as infamous and evil as Bin Laden, I would say imprison them in the most torturous and hidden prison that we have a vacancy at. For normal murderous criminals/rapist types: Give them a trial and a maximum number of appeals and then take them out back and let them have a smoke before they go. As for the talk about our overcrowded prison system(and cost), we could legalize or decriminalize marijuana and release a good portion of our inmates. Prisons would have a decreased ratio of guards-prisoners allowing them to keep prisons a small degree safer allowing those who get arrested for another stupid crime to not get recruited into any modern prison gangs(which lead those newly recruited inmates into a horrible path). To be perfectly honest, I do not care one way or the other... I do not expect to murder anyone.

Rep Power: 164 | I don't believe in using the death penalty... I don't think anyone has the right to take someone else's life no matter what they have done. But I also believe that the prison system should be drastically improved.

Rep Power: 0  | The death penalty is beneficial for the criminal and society. Would you rather stay pent up in a room with barred windows meant to keep people in rather than other out, or would you rather not suffer through the charged years for a felony by ending your life? Sometimes, the criminal is bent on reforming himself, or perhaps continuing their practices. It's all about their outlook. Beneficial to society - isn't it obvious enough?
