I heard that they were originally going to release it in Summer but because of competition, they pushed it back. The fact that their filming was finished so shortly, shows the lack of effort they put into it. It's insulting to the franchise.

Agreed. As long as they act it out well enough, put in some effort and go with the DBZ theme, then all should be fine but i have a feeling its gonna be crap.

@Fivezul This is because a lot of western people including a majority of fans there, are into the DBZ series, which is how a lot of games were produced after the series and animated movies finished. After that, a majority of western people or fans of the series seem to have demanded more DBZ should be out so henceforth, a live action movie is now in production.

Besides the producers of DBZ has made a big budget out of its show seeing as it was still popular around these days. Therefore to increase the budget more as well as meet DBZ fan expectations in demanding to see more, A live action movie for DBZ is now in production.
