is this the same one based off the manga? if so i loved the manga but haven't really been inclined to watch the live action- it SHOULD have been made into a anime instead

I've only found the the taiwanese version but i did klike it... a lot. So funny.
Can anyone tell me where i can download the japanese version (preferably with megaupload)
