People who love Ouran usually love Fruits Basket.

Shana from Shakugan no Shana is almost an identical character to Louise in Zero no Tsukaima. Both have supernatural elements, and the character relations are very similar.

Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun and Rosario + Vampire are really just fanservice anime. Try stuff like DearS, Kanokon, and Girls Bravo.
