Then the only anime left I can think of is Nausicaa, if that's not it then I really don't know. Here is a picture of the anime and the glider:

It's like the one from spiderman, right?

i don't know if i can be of any help but... with robots and gliders sounds like Eureka Seven but she has White hair not blonde...

only anime I've ever seen with a glider is Nausicaa, valley of the wind.

The only robotic thing they had was gliders and big ships that hovered slightly above the ground. Kinda like those things from starwars that Jabba the Hutt rode on.

Eureka seven is WAY too clean and shiny. I remember alot of dirt.

Also it has to be atleast 6 years old. Nausicaa may be it.

Remember, it also has big white creatures with purple eyes.

Well dont know if they changed the colour for the movie, but could these be the creatures (Nausicaa):

That's DEFINATELY IT! I remember the eyes being purple and their bodies being white though. Strange.

After re-watching it i know where your getting those colours from, especially the white body, near the beginning there is a shell that has been cast off by one of these creatures and thats white.

I was thinking Battle Angel Alita but she have black hair and not riding a glider. But she is definitively a Cyborg.
