Not really, since the age of consent is based on the stages of human development. A fifteen year old is judged by the law not to have developed mentally enough to fully understand all the implications of an adult relationship. A twenty-five year old, however, does have the mental faculties to understand, and so it's easier to keep a power imbalance between the underaged person and the adult person in a relationship; the twenty-five year old can easily manipulate and take advantage of the fifteen year old, which is terribly unhealthy and damaging for them.

The thirty-five year old and the twenty-five year old are both fully developed adults though, and so in theory there's far less of a chance that one can easily rule the other.

As far as that's concerned, I'm on the side of the law. As far as I can see, people who have an attraction to lolicon and underaged kids in general are sick, sad cases and find the draw of being able to dominate someone who is less powerful and naive appealing. I will never, and do not want to, understand people who have this mindset.

Personally I think the idea about of an underage girl being subjected to unwanted sexual activities is repulsive, even when it's not for real in hentai.

well i dont get attracted by those pictures but if they are cute i wont say its a bad direction of hentai...i mean its not real and you dont have to think that they have some kind of connection to real human girls. cause reality would be really really despicable, indeed. lolicon is modified in some way you first dont recognize, but the little girls which are meant for having sex with some guy have the body and figure of an adult (well of course there is lolicon looking like real underage girls, but thats disgusting even if they look cute)<<--- i myself hate the sex scenes, i prefer the normal looking lolicon and above all they have to be dressed...at least half-naked...all further gets into the red area which i despise --->> i dont mind seeing lolicon but only under the condition that they look cute and that they have the figur of a fully grown girl. otherwise --->>>

I think that there is noting wrong with pedophilia. There is a difference between a Pedophile (a person who holds attractions to a prepubescent or young girl) and a Rapist (someone who forces sex apon anyone for that matter). What I mean is, Pedophile is someone who only holds an attraction.

Okay, say you see a attractive woman walking down the street, you can't help but be attracted to her. I think its the same way for pedophiles. I wouldn't consider a person who is a pedophile "sick". I mean, they aren't acting on their sexual urges on a real prepubescent girls are they? If they did that means they are a rapist.


The worst part is, they can be shunned from society for being who they are. Kinda like how gays where not as accepted as they are this day in age.

You make a valid point but having looked at phsyiatric studies it has shown that many pedophiles attractions are predatory as in they are atracted to children because of their vulnerability and how easy it would be to controle and dominate them

Regardless, if they harm a child that makes them a rapist. Thats what most rapists want power and control.

a problem i have with this is that i had a friend that went to a club, it was a night where you had to be 21 to get in, it was a night when they were promoting some drink or something, I dont really remember cause I wasnt there, anyway, he went to this club and was hangin out with some friends, started talkin to this girl and they hit it off, well, after a night of talkin and drinks one thing leads to another and they end up having sex. Come to find out the girl, who looked the age to be in the club, was only 15 and although he wasnt, but he could be in jail now for statutory rape, even though it was her that "took him home" so to speak... now i know this is a little different, but the concept is the same. he was attracted to a younger girl, he didnt know she was younger, but he was still attracted to a younger girl...
