i dont think terrorism has anything to do with islam or being muslim or any religion in general. its when people take that religion and corrupt it. they use it for personal gain. thats when terrorism starts to happen. im not a muslim and cant really say a whole lot about them as an overall religious group, but i know that my friends who are muslim are really cool. as are my christian friends, sikh friends (im sikh), jewish friends, athiest friends etc...

i feel that all religions start out with a same general aim/purpose, they then get corrupt and stray from their original meaning.


we just need to keep an open mind and educate ourselves before blaming anyone.

islam is a great religion .... though i am a hindu i must say that islam has a great deal of authentisity ...

some people .... usually the preechers of this age .... just bind the small children from their birth and are teached wrong things ....

Yeah I somewhat agree with you (doctor001) and i totally agree with you (hibinator), but then again, I think it’s got to do with every religion in the world. I respect all religions in the world. Everyone has their own beliefs, their own traditions and cultures. I don’t think anyone has a right to say a thing about anyone’s religion. I have a lot of friends who are Muslim, I chill with them. I don’t see any harm from them. I sometime eat with them, I play with them. It’s a lot of fun. i have christian friends, sikh friends, jewish friends, athiest friends etc... all my friends are cool, i eat with them i chill with them. I really don’t think religion really matters in terrorism. I believe it’s the society; it’s our way of life which causes people to become a terrorist.

For example: people wouldn’t just hold a gun in their hands. People who rob other people, do you think they rob people for fun? Maybe some of them, but most of them do it because they got nothing in their hands. How the hell they survive. Today, I believe poverty is one of the biggest issues in the world. Let’s take Afghanistan for an example. Do you think they have a lot of resources there? I mean 1st Russia had their hands on Afghanistan. When the war was done between Russia and Afghanistan, USA started a war against Afghan people. I don’t think Afghan people wouldn’t even get a time to repair their villages, towns or cities.

I am totally against the war, I don’t think there sud be a war happening anywhere in the world. Why sud we go on wars against each other? I really wanna ask this question to everyone. Today I believe we have every single thing what we need or want. Technology is everywhere today, we can fix everything, and we can do anything today. Instead of going at wars against each other for our own stupid selfish reasons, I think we should stop all this, and make a peace full planet.

Why are we going on wars? I really don’t understand, back an old ages I would understand when there wasn’t enough technology, there weren’t enough resources to find resources for mankind. Why are we on wars today? For an oil (which will be gone from Earth one day), for Gold??? For diamonds?? Do you think all these things will stay here forever?? Do you think when we die we will take all these things with us??? Man why are we on wars?? I really do not understand this. Are we to dumb?? I think today we are worst then wat we used to be in past. They had nothing, yet they fought to gain power. Today we have everything and we’re fighting. It’s stupid!!! Why can’t we live in peace?

Muslims are getting their asses kicked by others, for no damn reason. 9 11, everyone said it that there were Muslims who did all this. Let me ask you a question ite, assume if they were Muslims, are you telling me that everyone in the world who are Muslims will get to be punished???? I mean, why going on wars??? There are million people in the world who rob other people, kill other people; I don’t think a religion matter there. 9 11 happened, Islamic religion started to matter everywhere??? Everyone started calling Muslims they are terrorist, this and that. Open you eyes people, I don’t think religion matters in terrorism, and it’s the society who caused people to hold guns. No one in the world wants to hold a gun without a damn reason!!!!

well if i said something wrong then i m sorry, but this is wat i believe. religion doesnt matter in wars, people with different religions, and beliefs do die in wars =). its sad i really wish we all can stay togather happily. life sud be peace fulllllllllllllllllllllll ^.^

One of my good friends is a muslim and everytime you say the words "brown" and "terriorist" in the same sentence he tends to be upset. From past experience i would have to say, and this is only and opinion. Muslims only commit things like this because they have no other weapons, and they do these things because of the president and how he just used "Nuclear bombs in Iraq" as an excuse to obtain more oil. Thats just from the facts i know, but yeah, thats what my friend told me.

Nah i'm just playing, i'm actually muslim, i just wanted to see if anyone would respond with a debate.

Many muslims in the world are thought of to be terrorists seeing as Muslims do have diferent beliefs in regards to religion in comparison to other people in society. This also affects whether they are religious or not. I too also agree that some muslims are terrorists such as Asama Bin Ladin as well as not all muslims are bad in terms of getting along with one another regardless of race,appearance, religion and beliefs.

However its true that some muslims take things offensively in regards to their race or beliefs. Therefore in terms of what you say so its always best to be careful in regards to how you interact with muslims.

What I believe should happen in society is that People regardless of their race, beliefs, religion or their appearance should try to get along without causing trouble to each other. I don't see why people should fight because they are diferent from each other but unlucky for us, not everyone in society can get along in regards to being diferent in a variety of ways from each other.

im pretty sure this quote doesnt just apply to Bagua zhang, but it applies to most things in life, including religion. i think the terrorists were just calling what they were doing Islam, they werent practicing the religion correctly.
