Rep Lotto!!!

This is a contest where just like the lottery whoever guesses the correct number will win reps! Everyone who participates will be required to rep the winner which I will announce at the end of the contest. I'd like to do this as a weekly thing so hopefully everyone will enjoy it.

RULES

The first lotto will be a number between 1 and 30.

Only whole numbers

If more than one person picks the winning number the reps must be split

All participants must be willing to rep the winner

As I am the one hosting the lottery I will be unable to participate. I will send reminders to all who enter after the contest is over to announce the winner and to remind them to do their part in the rep process.

Contest will end: September 6th at 12:00 am gmt-5

I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
