SSJ2 Gohan

Why did he only go SSJ2 once after the cell saga? The only time he went SSJ2 was in the world tournament. Why didnt he go SSJ2 against Buu? was it too hard for him to transform?

i dunno man ... i was thinking the same thing myslef a couple of times ... it's a bit weird ... but if u remember when he was fighting against buu ,b4 that he received the special training from the elder Kai , which made him stronger in his original form that he didn't need to go to ssj2 ...
And what pisses me of,he never reached lvl 3 ... not even in DBGT! ... i mean,he was the srongest of all in the Cell Saga when he beat cell,after that he only got weaker!!!!! ...

1-Gohan stoped training after the Cyborgs Saga so it was probably harder
2-TOEI is lazy alot of time they didn't add the lighthings making character's look like ssj1 rather than ssj2
3-after the Elder Kai training Gohan stoped being able to transform, some say that he neded to learn how to do it all over again others say he wouldn't became stronger even if he transformed
4-GT is just full of plot-holes, Gohan shouldn't even transform in GT
