What do you do to cheer yourself up?

Hey guys, I was just thinking. I've been through a lot of depression lately, so I was wondering what other people do to cheer themselves up?

I usually go outside and take a walk, which leaves not thinking about the things im depressed about. or to go get some fresh air. BTW, how come your depressed?

Hey thanks, I think I might go for a walk actually. I'm depressed cause i've been diagnosed with a disorder. I'm not contagious or going to die, but I have to go through alot of pain and life sucks quite a bit at the moment.
