What do you do when youre down?

Yeh i was wondering bout that.. im in a bad mood right now and i dunno what to do -_-.. im not even in the mood to play video games T________T

if I'm pissed off i just stick my headphones on and go for a walk
preferably in an open area like a park something about open spaces
free from opression helps me to relax

I just write random things, poems tend to come to my mind quite well when i'm feeling down.

i take out my cleaning kit, disassemble the katana, admire the beautiful craftmansship that made the sword, clean it thoroughly (includng the nakago), oil the blade, admire the blinkin´ blade, wait a bit, re-assemble the blade, the seppa, the tsuba, the other seppa, the fuchi, the tsuka, put the mekugi back in, clean the saya, sheath the sword and put it back into its sword stand. and then i´m happy again :)

I go to my room and try to sleep it off ... other times I eat (thinking about comfort food here) ... no wonder I get fat when I'm depressed ... I just sleep and eat ... how come others get fat when they're troubled and I'm just the opposite ...

Im kinda down too right now, someone i care about allot just left the country and i dont know when or if im going to see them again. Theres not much you can do when you down, do stuff to take your mind of it. Sometimes i go to the yodogawa river and just watch Osaka across the river and listen to music. Osaka never stops, so it just reminds you, you shouldnt stop either no matter how sad you feel.
