-Draw
-Exercise
-Watch a DVD of some sort
-Go out to the city, hang around Borders for example, and just read or have a coffee, relaxing.
-PLAY DEM VIDYA GAEMZ
-Talk to people on MSN

Eventually you'll get over whatever it is bringing you down, 8/10 times it's something to do with the opposite sex at my age.
