they already have PSP games up on the playstation store so there really is no surprise about how they're gonna implement games without a UMD

I dont think so....its $250 for a PSP with 16 GB of internal memory .-. compare that to the 2005 bundle pack of the first PSP which was also $250...it came with a 32MB memory stick, a case, some headphones, and a stupid trailer disk XD

the price isn't to bad - the only reason i "probably" won't get one is because ive got a perfectly working psp-1000 and i don't like digitally downloading games

I hate my 1000 XD the analog stick moves by itself and its screen is scratched up like crazy XD and it crashes occasionally .-.

I don't think I'd go for this model. Simply because no matter how much technology advances I still want to hold a physical game box in my hands. It feels more personal. Patapon 2 pretty much ticked me off because Sony had to use it as their 'trial game' and I just felt... cheated.

I think it's a good idea to have it lighter and have the UMD out of the PSP. It's the price and what about if you already have a PSP and all the games you bought? Do you have to re-buy them? That part I haven't heard anything about.

something about a good will program where people who already have UMD games can download them .-. they didn't put too much details out yet
