Ok.If you do what i say then you wiil see subs.First of all you must unistall whichever codec you might have to your computer.You can do this from the add and remove option from your windows.Then go and download and install the K-lite mega codec pack from here Free-Codecs.com :: Download K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 2.25 : The K-Lite Mega Codec Pack includes the K-Lite Codec Pack Full, QuickTime Alternative, Real Alternative support and Monkey's Audio DirectShow decoder. .Reboot your computer.Then try open the blue dragon with media player classic.If you can't seethe subs,then go to media player classic...select navigate from the menu..subtitle language...English language.Thats it!!!

2-What is a codec? (I kinda suck at computers)

VLC Player ie a media player like windows media player.Codecs allow you to watch varius formats movies like AVI .Xdivx mpg and many others.
