So to be clear, are we allowed to continued post links for anime threads (before 18-June-09) that had licensed ? Or we just abandoned the thread like Fullmetal? Thanks for the answer.

as long as the series isn't licensed then I would assume yes.

In most cases, you can continue adding links in the already started threads. But at the same time, if the licensing company demands that from us, we might remove those threads. That's what happened to Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood or Phantom... threads. So, in general, you can keep posting links, but we can't assure you, that at some point of time, the thread won't be deleted.

Thanks for the explanation. A little OT. If my anime thread is complete. How do I move it from ongoing section to complete section? Or I just make a new thread in complete section? THx again.

I don't think that naruto shippuden is licensed coz it's an ongoing anime..they usually finish the anime..then license it.
