Inspector Yakushiji Ryoko is an elite bureaucrat who has graduated from Tokyo University and appointed to a criminal councilor of the Police Office. She is a perfect girl; she is smart, a good athlete, and a woman of great beauty. However, her arrogant character spoils all her virtues, and they say even Dracula avoids from approaching her. Pushed around by Ryoko,
an assistant inspector, Izumi Junichoro, and Ryoko inspect mysterious cases that cannot be cleared by science.
