Comedy Anime Request

Hi, I'd like some recommendations for some comedic anime.
So far, I've seen and liked Gintama and GTO. Also, I'd prefer anime that aren't too specific to Japanese audiences.

Hayate no Gotoku, full of parody of other anime, however it is rather specific to Japanese audiences.

xxxHOLIC, in part this is a comedy, but unfortunately also rather specific to Japanese Audiences.
