Ghost In The Shell has a lot of action and Soul Eater has action but it's comedy as well. It also has superpowers basically, Shinigami (death god) and hunters, etc. It's pretty good though. ^^ Bleach has a lot of action but the story is long and still ongoing. Death Note is amazing too and Elfen Lied is gory but if that doesn't bother you, it's great!

Despite Elfen Lied being my fave. anime EVER I dont think you would like the ending. Its rather a unique ending, its open ended. Spoiler If your up for it though, I would highly recommend watching it. Brilliant anime. Buuuuuuut. If your looking for a nice ending anime, and is a romance anime...KimiKiss Pure Rogue =) I could suggest PLENTY more, but I mostly watch romance, so if you like KimiKiss, then please ask me for more requests =)

if u want shinginami thingy then go for Bleach and Soul eater other wise if u want a heart touching + action ending anime then: Hunter x Hunter Rurouni Kenshin D gray Man FMA Naruto Bleach Code Geass Cowboy Bebop Samurai Champloo others i cant remember
