martial arts is a rather wide spread term. it ranges from animes like the one you mentioned to all those samurai anime and the kendo anime. so, which kinda martial arts are you looking for?

rurouni kenshin; bleach; gintama; samurai deeper kyo; berserk; basilisk; naruto; yu yu hakusho; flame of recca, bamboo blade; himawari; and so on...waaaaaay too many...........
