couldnt be called 'Avatar' in the US cause James Cameron (Titanic) has a film coming out with that name that is totally unrelated.

OK.... i am SO excited to see this. Asura just showed me the trailer today, and I couldn't believe they were making this movie! :3 I LOVE airbender, and the special effects in the movie already look amazing.

BUT... can anyone tell me why Aang... is white? o.o" and all the FN benders are Indian? o.o" I'm not understanding....

What's not to understand?

Obviously talent meant more to them during casting than race.

I'm not saying anything bad about the races, i was more referring to the feedback i read from critics claiming: negative feedback from the viewers according to the reason, they were casting only indians/dark skinned for the FN, and aang who is supposed to be decended from asian is not supposed to be white... so they were taking it out of the storyline...
but i personally know the kid who plays him as he is martial arts champion in US. he is good.. but i was wondering why they not put asian kid when he is supposed to be asian?

hm maybe it's iteresting or maybe it isn't. I loved watching avatar and maybe this movie isn't gonna so bad dunno ._.

I hope it sticks to the storyline alot, because if it goes out on a limb, i'm not going to like it very much, unless it's EXTREMELY interesting! D:
