Narto & Slayers Live Action?

Well is Seems that Hollywood has started Looking at Manga & Anime for Movie ideas Now we have Ninja Scroll, Cowbow beebop, DragonBall, & Akira all comming to the silver screen. I thought of two other Anime Fanchise One being ofcourse Naturo.

This might work But it depends on the cast and such. three Villians they can use for Film could be Zabuza Momochi & His freind Haku as Minor Bad guys for the first Half of the film and then introduce Orochimaru as the Main villian. However This might work better if the Movie was a Trilogy and have Orochimaru's Presence Felt durring all three movies. Much like Saruman in lord of the rings where he might not be in the two towers much but his Presence in the story is Felt all across Rohan.

Again Naruto could work but it depends on the characters. Because if they have too many characters all at once it ruins the film(See Mortal Kombat Annihilation & Streetfighter movie)

Slayers would be harder to make because your dealing with 3 Differnt Story's spread over 3 26 episodes and all the Movies, Meaning not all the Characters would get to be shown in the movie for the sake of pace. However if they make a Trilogy they could have the First Movie About Lina inverse and Gourry & Zelgadis fighting Ruby eye Shrabranigdo.

But i guess Ninja scrolls will do my Movie Anime fix untill maby one day we will see one of these on the silver screen,

It's funny how everyday people still don't know what anime is! I play games on Facebook alot. I only hire people who can name an anime & I always get the response "What is anime?"

Now if people would just pay as close attention as Hollywood. Manga and anime has some really good stories. The likes of which have not been seen on the big screen.
I would watch a Naruto live action, but g to watch it not expecting much! LOL

That is IF I could watch it on the big screen. Have you seen what they are doing with BLOOD The Last Vampire? They have only released it in select theaters & are sooo slow bout national release.

Now if they did Naruto, I hope that Sony & Goldwyn doesn't get a hold of it! We'd never get to see it.

I cant stand to watch anime in japansese, For instance Slayers is medieval high fantasy and seeing everyone speak japanese would be werid. Granted i works better for films set in Japan like Ninja scroll, But if Slayers where to be made into a film it would have to be done by American actors etc. But i think the script writer should be the original creator of the slayers Novels.

I would try to make the Movies as much like the Anime, Meaning when Naruo starts we get a live action version of the Intro complete with the original song(could be updated for the film)

And for Slayers get that One person who has done all the Slayers songs(Forgot her name)

Geez,why don't they chose western themed anime? Like trigun and gunslinger? If they do naruto..it'll be like drogonball..it'll suck big time!

I laughed so hard at the Dragonball movie that all the kids made me leave.
It was so lame it was funny. I was at a friends house & her kids were watching it. I don't think they saw it as a comedy, but I sure did!
