yea she is from Rosario+Vampire...she is a Snow Woman(the anime is about a human that is sent to a monster school)

i know i have seen this girl in an anime show but i cant remember the name.. sorry i got over 1000 anime shows lol and i have seen a lot of animes. its hard to remember the names :$ well if i remember i;ll tell u

She is in Rosario Vampire except she has like a purplish hair........or was it blue......can't remember exactly but that picture was probably edited.....the hair's color, that is. That scene is in the series.
