Can Anyone identify with this scene?:

We see a guy running, trying to look for some1 in school, and he reaches the school backyard or somewhere. He hears some wierd excited sounds of a girl, and he slowly sneaks to the place, only to find that the girl is playing with a bunch of cats.

She is a very Gentle soft-spoken girl, and she sees him peeking from the corner, asks him to come and join and play with the cats.

As the guy comes nearer, There is a huge fat cat that doesn't allow this guy to touch itself or even to come near the girl.

Characteristics:
Girl: Long purple hair, very soft-spoken attitude (not the angry / serious kind). Note: No Cat Ears.
Wearing school girl outfit. Keeps calling the guy Much-chan or Mou-chan.

Guy: Short Dark Grey/Blue or Black Hair. Wears School uniform.
Similarities to Shuyuu Koukin (Ikkitousen) or Tomoya (Clannad)

I guess you're thinking of Saishuu Shiken-something other than I don't remember seeing a huge fat cat in that anime Oo
I think that scene is one of the first episodes (1-5 maybe) since I never really watched so far >_>

Just watched Gift and its not the anime...

But the lead guy looked somewhat the same... even his attitude and style of not looking at the character when talking.

I'm positively sure the girl was wearing red skirt and white upper (White Shirt & Sweater maybe)
And the Guy in blue lower and white Shirt.
And the girl who comes up walking afterwards is wearing white t-shirt and blue (indigo) bloomers.
