need some help finding a anime

the anime is about a boy who draws i think he leaves for tokyo or somewere to go to a a houseing area um with tenates he dosent know that his childhoodfreind runs the place so he arives an the they throw a party his childhood freind gets scared in his room an suddenly faints then he finds out she has multiple persinalitys at that time he meets her other self named suki an a lil after wards one of the pplz in the room see that shes going crazy an uses the smell of sake an suki falls asleep.another thing i remeber is that theres a lil girl an her mom liveing were he dose an they use boxes for everything u can think of (quilts futons an more) they allso have to make flowers from some thing like paper i cant remeber lol but thats all i can remeber ty for ur help
