im trying to find an anime with a villain that used a techniqe called 'the world' in order to stop time, or move at unimaginable speed, idkr which. but im pretty sure he held his breath in order to do it

the heros were androids think, and one could travel super fast by clicking a button in his back tooth

andother was a super smart baby that slept alot, some blond chick and others

they all wore orange i think

i cant remember and other details, but any help would be great thx =D
