Well, my favorite would have to be Shishio. Not only is he my favorite character in Rurouni Kenshin but he has very well made it to the top of my favorite anime villains list. I just love how during his fight with Kenshin himself he basically almost kills them and then owns everyone else that came to fight with him. His logic and fire skills also attribute to his bad guy traits. Second favorite would be Sojiro, since I just can't stop but like how he portrayed no emotions well. His skills are nice too.

Shishio's my favorite all time villain.
There's no other villain in the 90's who could compare to his nastyness.
The whole Juppongatana group kicked hard.
So awesome.

I do agree with the Kamatari subject, she was cool and hot.
So why the whole gender-confusion nonesense.
