I watched the first episode of this but its not really my kind of show as i wanted it to be a little more serious, theres just a tad too much comedy in it for me.

i dont normal like shows that dont take them selfs seriusly but god damn soul eater has some of the best fight/combat animation i have seen in an anime series so far!

I saw 2 episodes so far, and i'm loving it. The story is a bit weak, but the animation, fights, and character designs are great. It's an entertaining comedy-action show so far.

Well the end of episode 3 stated that the prologue is over, so now that the main characters are introduced i hope the story picks up into something more coherant.
