But I think there's another Chidori that the manga haven't introduce (stopped by orochimaru)
I won't say Rasengan is more powerful because of Yodaime and all sorts theory the manga didnt show, but from the last clash...Chidori is the winner

hmmm a tough one ...
I'd say rasengan ... cuz chidori is a finished technique and the rasengan isn't it still has room for improvement :)

urmmm...kinda hard to answer after naruto complete his rasengan...he will have chance in win sasuke chidori..just a guess..

yamoto tells kakashi that he guesses that the fuuton rasengan is only about half complete

but another thing is that the chidori now has a much farther strike range than how it was first used, so taking into account how techniques evolve and skill level increases, either technique could be more powerful than the other one, considering several possibilities and many different situations, either the chidori or the rasengan could beat the other. however, at this point if there was a head on rush like the end of the fight in the valley of the end, then the chidori would win hands down, because it would kill/maim naruto before he ever got close enough to hit with the fuuton/oodama/ or even the Chō Ōdama rasengan. maybe if naruto completes the fuuton rasengan, it will be a more flexible jutsu that doesnt have to hit at zero distance range
