ok: just to make it clear for all of u: regular rasengan stornger than the regular chidori. the rasengan is ranked the second in the grade A techniuqes, while chidory is 3rd or 4th. now:

Anyay while I'm sure the "science" of this whole debate could prove Rasengan IS stronger, I still say Chidori because Naruto requires at least two people to do it, and it takes quite a while to "charge" while Chidori could be used on the fly, plus it requires incredible speed to use which puts rasengan at a disadvantage because you can't kill what you can't hit/see, Sasuke is obviously much more speed adept than Naruto except for maybe his kyuubi released (3+ tails) which as we have seen in the latest episode of shippuuden:

rasengan is stronger cause it can cause more damage then the chidori :/

The Rasengan is powereful enough to match chidori even when it is incomplete....rasengan is way cooler lol.
