who cares about itachy ... he's dead ,end of story,i never liked him in the 1rst place,i mean ,whatever the reason is,killing a whole clan is wrong ! ... even children... that's just wrong! no matter how you look at it.
And sasuke even said to madara,that if he thinks he's a kid rules by his emotions,then so be it.

I hope he does attack konoha and kill'em all.

Naruto is his back up plan.

Itachi knew his plan wasn't perfect. So before he encountered Sasuke, he met Naruto at the very last moment. He asked him the question, would he take Sasuke's life to save Konoha? Naruto answered saying, he would find a way to save both of them and that he considered Sasuke like a brother to him... this made Itachi smile. I'm sure after hearing these words, it reassured him that even when he's gone, Sasuke will still have a loving brother with him and that someone will still be there to protect peace in Konoha.

That's what makes Naruto and Itachi similar, the determination they have to protect those they hold dear, always puts them above everyone else.

Aca your just upset because Itachi was superior to Sasuke in every way.... it's not his fault that his little brother is a whining emo kid who hates the world.

yes, I totaly agree with both kyo kun and monz, any way will just have to wait and see how things turn out. First Pein now the rest of Akatsuki + Hawk. Konoha sure is on deep triouble. better keep our black suits ready cause some good Jounin are bound to die.

But things would be very interesting if Naruto returns just in time and do some cool Sage stuff and save the village when it is at a pinch.

Not really.
Itachy was a better ninja then sasuke (but like i said "personally" i never liked them),if itachy didnt have the deadly illness he would have been able to kill sasuke.But every1 kinda looks the other way of itachy's actions (and thats what pisses me of).
Killing your entire clan isn't ql!.
And yes sasuke is an emotinally distrot person,but all stories have to have different char,or the plot would be boring if every1 was (ql) like Kakashi ^^.

Just wondering what will happen 1rst/.Will pain be the 1rst to arrive at konoha or sasuke ,and i dont think sasuke even knows that pain is going to Konoha to look for Naruto.

I say Pein will arrive first... or possibly when Sasuke and co are about to head out Madara will inform them of what's going on and ask Sasuke to wait until Pein completes his mission before going to Konoha.

raikage can't beat madara, and i think the raikage is more likely to go after the one who capture killerbee
