Rep Power: 257 | Kakashi will like not die until the end so i'm not too worried about him. I kinda think the hokage (tsunade) will go allout againts Pain and then die and then Konoha will need a new hokage again (kakashi)

Rep Power: 290 | the hokage never goes in battle unless it's necessary and naruto said to take revenge so cha that's why tsunade called for him and naruto is probably the strongest ninja in konoha now and if not naruto then narubi and kakashi will never be choosen to be hokage
