Zaraki doesn't know his zanpakutou's name and I wouldn't say Ichigo can defeat Zaraki easily. The last battle with Zaraki fighting against Ichigo was a tie but Zaraki did want to admit defeat against Ichigo. Sooner in the manga/anime

if kenpachi learned his bankai it would be good fight wonder if its like a massive cleaver or sephiroth

Lol Zaraki obviously, look at how he beat down Nnoitra with no bankai, no shikai, and a crappy damaged sword when Ichigo couldn't beat hime even in hollow form.

the problem would be getting them both to take the fight seriously ichigo would need a good enough reason to fight.

why hasnt zaraki gotten any help learning his bankai im sure Mayuri Kurotsuchi would do it just to see what happens
