If we are talking about the manga only, I'll go with Stark of the Espada. He rules!

On the other hand, if you are referring to the Bleach franchise as a whole... I am definitely going with Senna. She's just so damned cute!

It's really hard for me to say since I haven't seen Bleach all that much, but I think I like Kisuke Urahara a lot, he's very cool.
