Which captain you thinks is the weakest?

Finally somebody called Konamura by his name and not the fox guy. Also as you said Toshiro fought with Gin but not on equal terms. If I remember correctly he had released his Shi-kai and Gin's Zanpakuto was still in it's original state, the only time he released it was to attack Hinamori not to fend off Toshiro's attacks. If one more person says Ukitake is the weakest I will kill you. There is a difference in being weak and being sick. He was one of the first Captains along with Shunsui. He is by far not the weakest, in fact in my opinion he is one of the strongest Captains. I will agree that Konamura is more than likely one of the weaker Captains, but Toshiro is the weakest in my opinion.

and yes Ukitake is not weak

Incorrect, Gin got caught by Toshiro's ice and was cornered, he used his shikai to counter-attack. Toshiro avoided it but Hinamori happened to be on the extending sword path.

True, but I doubt that Gin was so cornered that he had to do that. Besides the whole time they were fighting didn't it just look like Gin was not even really trying, yet on the other hand Toshiro was really angry and fighting seriously? On another note when he fought Aizen he used his Ban-kai if I am not mistaken, but shortly after that Aizen used the level 90 spell the Black Coffin and thats that.

Hmm,
I have seen the anime version of both fights, and I didn't quite remember the manga (the anime versions are longer and feature additional details), but in anime, Ichimaru was quite serious, Tochiro would have died on several occasions if he had been weaker, even Ichimaru praised his strength (could be ironic but don't think so).
After that, it depends on how you see the characters, for me, Toshiro is exceptionnally skilled and catch up with his elders.
Konamura didn't have the time to realese his bankai against Aizen, but just before he attacked him with a giant arm, I think that was his shikai.

Actually in bankai "Fox Dude" creates a hole body golem thing, and in shikai its only an arm. At least thats what I believe is true.

And seriously, we have never seen Gin truly fight, not once. When fighting Toshiro, he was just fooling with him, and making him mad. I don't think we have ever once seen Gin serious.

I put my vote in for mayuri being the weakest but he is smarter than most people so he has the advantage over some...Toshiro i dont think is weak..He would have beaten the replacement sixth espada if Aizen didnt call them home lol..Ukitaki or w/e isnt weak like evryone else says he is just sick..And i believe gin is alot stronger than some of you give him credit for..I do not believe he was fighting seriously against toshiro.

There's no way he does, and Toshiro isn't the weakest, but one of the weaker ones without a doubt in my mind. And I disagree, Toshiro was not about to beat the 6th Espada, after all Luppi looked okay to me. Plus you can't really compare Luppi to say Grimmjow who was and now is the 6th Espada. I mean did you see Grimmjow just destroy Luppi.

Ok I went back and watched the ep and the arm thing is just his Shi-kai I believe, and the whole body is the Ban-kai. As I said earlier Gin was not fighting serious at all in my opinion. He looked like he was just toying with Toshiro the whole time. Also he is the only one who actually talks on equal terms with Aizen, even Tousen refers to him as Aizen-sama and shows much more respect to him than Gin. Gin is one of the stronger Captain's in my opinion, I cant wait to see his Ban-kai I bet it will be awesome. ^_^
