Its only speculation, but I believe they will both become vaizards, and no, they are not vaizards in the manga. Look at monz's sig and you can see a possibility to their mask forms...

We recently have seen Kensei's mask and it looks pretty bad ass

I like Ichigo's mask the best. It's really looks cool, the second best are Ulquiorra's and Grimjow's

Ulquiorra doesnt technically have a mask anymore, or at least that we have seen yet, he has the remnants of his mask still on his head, which I guess is what you meant.

I hate to vote on the best mask until we have seen them all, but atm I think Ichigo's and Kensei's masks are the best
