Rep Power: 397 | Well one that I have heard is that Ichigo's similarities to Kaien suggest that maybe Isshin use to be a part of the Shiba clan or possibly the head. When he left SS it was considered a disgrace and that is why they are not one of the Noble families anymore.

Rep Power: 546  | wow, I never thought of that one, but it makes perfect sense... although poor Ichigo and Ganju are now related, lol... plus we only know of 2-3 of the 4 Noble Families of SS, what if Shiba used to be one of those 4... or maybe they were a lesser Noble family... anyway, we have never heard any of the story or seen anyone older than Kuukaku, so the reason they were disgraced and removed as a Noble family could indeed be Isshin leaving... any others that you have heard??

Rep Power: 397 | No I saw in an interview with Kubo that when the Shiba clan was a Noble family there were 5 noble families. There are only four now and we know of 3. As for theories there are a billion, I can't think of any off the top of my head. If you want to see some just go on bleach asylum or mangahsare and you will find a ton.

Rep Power: 546 | meh, Im sure Ill find myself there eventually, but Im just enjoying slowly learning the sites before I dive headlong into those sites and about there being 5 Noble Families is interesting, this is the first thing Ive heard about it, oh well, Ill find out eventually when its actually told in the manga

Rep Power: 1227  | well was kinda late to read last weeks ch.but i was/am having some net troubles :( Hmm,so ulquiorra finally getting serious with ichigo,hmm.Wonder what his 'release' form is gonna be like,upmh i can hardly wait :) hmm,noble families,eh? ... some interesting thoughts monz,mercei. But i kinda don't get a positive vibe from Ishin on the fact that he was a noble,(being related to ganju,lol ^^) Well Ishin's past sure is a misterie ,but the fact that he was a captain and is a vaizard i think is strong,so my guess is that he was a captain some time ago(why he left/exiled from SS ,i dont know) but i think Ichigo's mother was a factor ,(i belive she was human),either a "forbiden love between shinigami and human" or something like that,thats where Urahara's special 'faux' body comes into place (the one that drains away your reyatsu),but the fact that he may be a vizard i just cant explain ...
