its a tie between aizen and mayuri but since aizen is m favorite he gets my vote..but still seeing this last chapter you kinda wonder of someone lke him shold even be a shinigami or captain for that matter ..mayuri is pure evil not just arrogant fool

but still aizen sweet talks people and later totally can crush those week little minds thats beyond evil as well... gin is pretty much teh same guy is pure evil..just looking at his really creepy smile you kinda get he really enjoys tormenting people as much as mayuri .. and
grimmjow should not be on that list.. hes one step away from becoming a good guy really

Well, if you say "evil" Aizen won, but sadism is just enjoying people pain, I don't think Aizen make people suffer just for fun, it's more for power and to achieve his goals.
On the other hand,Mayuri and Gin sure like to torment people gratuitously.

Err, Grimmjow a good guy? I'd say he has a certain sense of honor, but he sure like to kick your ass, I put him as an outsider though (on second thought I should have put Yami instead as he like to kill weak people)

Uh, definitely Aizen. He may seem mellow mannered and all, but dude, he wants to rule the world with utter darkness and despair, and he managed to scare the crap outta Grimmjow just by looking at him.
