Where do they stand?

We've all seen the databook on the captains. But how do you think the previous captains would fair compared to the current? (Urahara, the Vaizards, Yoruichi, Ichigo's dad). It would be cool to see them all in action.

Personally, I think that Urahara Kisuke's by far the most mysterious.

Indeed, Uruhara Kisuke is the most mysterious. Tho the main 4 ,

Yammamoto
Unohaha
Shinsui
Ukitate

are still more powerful than new or old captains imo ^^

here is how I think top 10 are ( old and new combined , excluding team Aizen )

Yammamoto
Unohaha
Shinsui
Ukitate
Uruhara
Youruchi
Vizard leader ( ex 5th squad captain )
Byakuya
Kensei
Hitsugya

lets not forget Kurosaki Ishshin, we can yet predict how strong he is ^^

well mahiro is pretty mysterious for me
why would he fight barehanded,i'm wondering what is her shikai form
i dont know Yoruichi Shihōin's zanpakutou too
i think ichigo's dad is a kenpachi too i think he is the missing 11th captain in the turn back the pendulum arc though its just my weird theory

I also do think that Ukitake is one of the strongest but not according to the databook. He's very smart though.

Why do most people believe that Urahara is stronger than Yoruichi? She was his captain when he was a 3rd seat and should still be stronger than him. He may be smarter but in battle, i think she is more capable...For me its 1. Yama/ Aizen 2. Shunsui ( Unohana has higher overall stats, but battle wise he is higher) 3. Unohana 4. Ukitake 5. Yoruichi 6. Urahara/Shinji 7. Isshin 8. Kensei 9. Kenpachi 10. Gin 5.
