I like Zabimaru(Renji), Zangetsu(Ichigo), Hyorinmaru(Hitsugaya), and Suzumebachi(Soi Fon).

Hitsugaya's Hyorinmaru: Looks spectacular, it's a shiny ice dragon for God's sake! Also allows him to control ice and water which, in my opinion, is pretty handy.
