My guess Yes!! Because Her Shikai Is Already So powerfull..That is why She think With It She dont have to obtain Bankai!!

I don't even think Renji should have his bankai. Ikkaku I can accept.

Maybe rukia already have bankai but she dosent want to used it(something like Madarame)...and no ones know about it..

Why because renji bankai is not like anyother bankai is it?? and every time he go to fight he will activate his bankai some thing like ichigo?? every time fight use bankai.... but ichigo i can accep because his bankai just incresed his speed and strenght and inprove his skill damage....that is why the hollow mask came in handdy to improve his bankai 2 the 2nd level...much more speed and strenght and inprove his skill damage...

yes rukia is one of my fav character....imagine if her shikai is powerfull and beautifull imagine what would her bankai would be....

i think she may get it since she has a good relationship whit her zanbaktou and se is strong so i think she will get it...

Well my guess would be Something to do with armor changes or something since the attack is already powerful and elegant...
