obviously buggy. how can you expect people using sword only to cut buggy? kuro is just a lowly pirate without haki and without devil fruit ability.

I think Buggy will win because kuro doesn't have a devil fruit ability.. and even kuro have mastered using his blades it's not enough because Buggy also mastered his ability and have many strategies that will be used depending on the enemy he will face^^

The only way for Kuro to win would be for him to have his cat's claws made out of sandstone, then he would beat Buggy into the ground

i think Kuro will win because he is very good in using blades, he is a professional blademaster that can cut the cutted pieces of buggy and never return to normal again.

Kuro, he can chop buggy into smaller pieces thatn buggy do to himself, that's the time he become a ground beef.
