How strong do you think Shuu( that marine with the rust powers) was compared to other characters?

there is no such need to create a thread for "every" little thing.
the Buggy vs " insert person" threads were acceptable since they were comparison between 2.

but to make a thread for every side character is ridiculous, at this rate the OP section will have more threads than posts and it will lessen the value of thread topics.

Please make general threads like
" who is the strongest person in ....... arc " or " who is the strongest side character in OP " or " who is the strongest marine in OP " ...etc etc
threads in future. I like to see this section clean and running and for that I need the help of all the wonderful one piece fans ^^
